Proof: Arkansas Cougar Caught On Camera

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has finally gotten around to confirming this cougar (two pics) from Stone County Arkansas from back in early and mid March of 2013. Cougar confirmation has recently switched hands there and hope they have improved their confirmation reporting system.
