The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) has now confirmed its first cougar for 2013 and it comes on the heels of another cougar confirmation about 1 week earlier. This trail cam picture was snapped Jan. 3rd 2013. Other picture were taken of this same cougar at the same location twice in December.
