Domine - Epinnula magistralis

Domine aka Deep-water Gempylid-Fish or French Escolier Matre is a rare fish found in the Caribbean Sea and near Japan, Java, and the Samoa Islands.

The fish can be identified by presence of several fangs and a pair of large canines near the tip of the lower jaw which are exposed when the mouth is closed. They have a very distinct lateral line, actually two lateral lines. The lower line branching off from the upper lateral line at the 5th or 6th dorsal spine, it then drops straight down and then turns and runs along the lower side to the tail.

The color is grayish blue with the head being slightly darker than the body.
