White-spotter Puffer - Arothron meleagris

This White-spotter Puffer was hard to identify because most don't look exactly like pictured above. These puffers come in a gold phase and also commonly go by the many other common names such as spotted puffer, Guineafowl puffer and golden puffer. The vast majority of the pictures at least on the internet show the gold phase or the white spotted version but are young for aquariums or others whose spots are white but other than that are quite darkly colored.
