Picture is of a Oysterfish (Opsanus beta) caught along the Texas coast. This is one of three species of Opsanus that occurs along the US coast. Oyster fish also go by the name of Toad Fish or Oyster Toad Fish. They get their name from the fact that they commonly live among oyster reefs.
