Jewel Cichlids are native to Africa. They are a somewhat popular aquarium fish. They are a colorful fish when showing their breeding colors of orange and blues. The one pictured above is what you will typically see in the aquarium shops.
They would be even more popular for aquariums owners but are quite aggressive and don't get along well with other fish.
