Doctorfish - Acanthurus chirurgus

Doctorfish Acanthurus chirurgus come in a number of different shades. This one is darker than average. The darker versions are usually associated found around reefs. If you look close there is some bars present on the body that are largely masked by the dark color phase. But the blue edge on the fins and the light band on the tailfin in combination with the dark scalpel are dead giveaways to this Atlantic fishes identity.
