Commerson's frogfish can be found over a large geographic area. From Indo-Pacific, Hawaii, and the Tropical Eastern Pacific including the Red Seas South to South Africa, and found as far north as southern Japan. Found in lagoon and reefs.
They feed on small fish and come in a variety of colors. They start of as bright yellow and as they get older they change to orange, green, brown, and black.
