Bigeye scad - Selar crumenophthalmus

The Bigeye Scad is bluish-green to green above fading to white below. They have a black spot at the rear of the gill plate and sometimes a yellowish stripe along the side of the body. Bigeye Scad are a schooling pelagic species that occurs in tropical inshore waters circumglobly.
