Biara (Rhaphiodon vulpinus) aka dogfish, machete and others is a fast moving predator from the rivers of the Amazon basin. Notice the big fangs and teeth in its mouth. These are used to impale it prey... other fish. Even though it looks quite menacing with its upturned jaw full of long sharp teeth the dogfish poses no threat to people and actually has its own niche in the aquarium fish market.
