Serrasalmus sanchezi
Serrasalmus sanchezi is the scientific name of this piranha of which there are many species some of which are still being catagorized and adjusted. No real common name for this species although it is sold for use in aquariums. It is often misidentified and sold under some other piranha species name or sometimes as Ruby Red Spilo or Ruby Red Diamond Piranha.
