Ogcocephalus radiatus

The polka-dot batfish is a slow moving bottom species. The polka-dot batfish like some angler fish uses a spine as a moveable fishing lure to attract small fish, shrimp and crabs. They are found along the Florida coast, northern Gulf of Mexico and along the Yucatan Peninsula.
