Went to the lease again today and hung a feeder at my new favorite spot. Here are a few shots from the feeder to the stand and from the stand. How long should I wait until I hunt this spot?

Your best bet was that same day...
I hunt stands the very next day a lot of the time. I don't have a "cool" down period. Mainly just because if I put a stand there is because it will produce sooner or later.

I plan on hunting there Tuesday and Wednesday. I am excited and hope to have some new pics to post!  And Hank I hunt off the Penchant and Turtle Bayou now. We lease 2200 Ac from Apache. |

Made a hunt last night and this morning. Nutin I did not even see any Ducks flying.
Was going to hunt another spot this afternoon when the lilly sprayers moved into our lease with Airboats. That just disgusted me. I packed up and came home. I don't even know if I will bother hunting this weekend unless we get some cold weather.   |
