Well Toni had her surgery today and everything went great. The found the foreign object and removed it along with the tissue that had built up around it. Assuming there isn't another piece somewhere (not expected) and assuming the growth doesn't regrow (not expected) then she should be back to home tomorrow and this should be over with other than monitoring. Another scope look see in a 4-6 weeks just to make sure everything is proceeding fine.

My butt surgery is tomorrow.

Haven't been able to hunt and it is driving me nuts. I cut my food plots but had to leave the disking and planting to them and so far it hasn't happened. GRRRR... This past week end still only one of the tractors was up there and it had a flat so I don't think anything happened work wise with it. I have a pump I keep in my truck but of course Johnny Wayne didn't. Very frustrating for this crap to happen again this year. It will be at least a week before I am well enough to go hunting from the way I understand the recovery from surgery.

Toni is home and feeling pretty good. Still has a sharp pain every once in a long time but hopefully that isn't anything.

My surgery was as pain free as I could have hoped for. ZERO pain when I awoke. Numb. Pain increase to about a 1 or 2 and maxed out at only 3. Ice really helped the first day and night along with the medication. Today I am not even bothering with the ice and pain is only on the order of a 1. I can walk or lie down with zero pain.

bowl movement is really the only part that I am fearing now. From what I heard I would be in bad pain for 48 to 72 hours and then things would get better each day. Boy was this a pleasant surprise. Today I am sitting as I write this with no apparent discomfort. I think I might even go hunting this weekend.

WOW! You did great. But hey.......don't push it. Think twice about going hunting. I'm serious. If your doing that good, don't mess it up, because I'm telling you my daughter was in some serious pain and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy much less a friend. So be careful.
