Easy Venison Roast

Postby MD BOW » 15 Jul 2006, 22:38

I tried this venison roast recipe and it was very good. First cut some small slices in the meat and stuff the slices with a small sliver of fresh garlic. Then salt and pepper and marinate the shoulder in a 1 cup of red wine vinegar for 6-8 hrs. Place the roast in a slow cooker with a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of Lipton Onion soup mix. Let cook on low for 6 to eight hours. The meat fall s off the bone and is very tasty!

Sounds good, minus the shrooms :18crazy , and will for sure try this one.

Like things that cook themselves and you don't have to sit and watch it.

Oh, no MN. Do the recipe just like it says or pick of the mushrooms after it is cooked.
